These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the RevPASS platform and parking services.
IMPORTANT:
By parking at any location utilizing RevPASS, including locations where signage, QR codes, or digital payment instructions are displayed, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not park at the location.
RevPASS is a digital parking technology platform operated by Evolution Parking and Guest Services (“EPGS”).
EPGS does not own parking facilities. Parking is provided by third-party property owners.
By parking, you agree:
You are entering a limited license to occupy a parking space
You must comply with all posted rules and signage
Parking availability and rates are set by the property owner
You authorize RevPASS and its third-party payment processors to:
Charge your payment method
Apply additional charges if applicable
Charges may include:
Parking fees
Taxes
Service fees
Overtime or violation charges
Failure to comply with parking terms may result in:
Additional charges
Parking violation fees
Denial of future access
Referral to enforcement or collection services as permitted by law
We do not guarantee:
Space availability
System uptime
Error-free operation
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
EPGS is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles
Parking is at your own risk
EPGS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
You agree to indemnify EPGS for any claims arising from:
Your use of parking
Your violation of these Terms
All disputes shall be resolved through:
Binding arbitration
No class actions
10. Changes to Terms
Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
